Abstract:<\/b> The NPDES Permit Area Map depicts the boundary of Skagit County's portion of the NPDES Phase II Stormwater Permit for Western Washington. Skagit County is the holder of a National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System Phase II Stormwater Permit (NPDES Phase II Permit) issued by the Department of Ecology. The NPDES Phase II Permit is a requirement under the Federal Clean Water Act. <\/div>
