It\u2019s best used when the user want to show road names and centerlines over aerial photography. The roads were digitized using aerial photography so that they would line up will with aerials. This layerfile provides a road name labels reference overlay that is particularly useful on top of imagery. The symbology comes from the World Transportation map service by esri. You can add this layerfile on top of any imagery to provide a useful reference overlay that also includes street labels at the largest scales.
