This includes:<\/span><\/p><p style='margin:0 0 11 0;'><span>\u2022Establishing instream flows to protect stream flows in the Skagit and its tributaries for fish and other natural resources.<\/span><\/p><p style='margin:0 0 11 0;'><span>\u2022Administering reservations of water for specific future out-of-stream uses.<\/span><\/p><p style='margin:0 0 11 0;'><span>\u2022Granting interruptible water rights which cannot be used when flows in certain streams and the river are too low.<\/span><\/p><p style='margin:0 0 11 0;'><span>\u2022Evaluating mitigation plans<\/span><\/p><p style='margin:0 0 11 0;'><span>The Skagit rule does not apply to the Samish River Basin.
