Layer Title: Stormwater Assets - NPDES
Abstract: Stormwater Assets - NPDES is a representation of the current known stormwater infrastructure that Skagit County manages and maintains under the permit.
Skagit County is the holder of a National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System Phase II Stormwater Permit (NPDES Phase II Permit) issued by the Department of Ecology. The NPDES Phase II Permit is a requirement under the Federal Clean Water Act. The NPDES Stormwater Map is intended to depict known stormwater infrastructure (ditches, culverts, pipes, outfalls, and other structural stormwater BMPs) within the NPDES Phase II Permit area. Skagit County is also involved in an ongoing effort to map all other stormwater infrastructure within its jurisdiction of responsibility. Additional data will be added as it becomes available.
Skagit County Public Works - Surface Water Management
Stormwater Asset Map Definitions Document

Update Cycle: Updated any time new stormwater infrastructure is added or changed.
Accuracy: (+-10’ Average)

Layer Compatibility: N/A
Contact Information:
For more information about this map, please contact the Skagit County Public Works Department – Surface Water Division:
1800 Continental Place
Mount Vernon, WA 98273
(360) 416-1400
email: pw@co.skagit.wa.us
Problems?
Please report any data issues to Skagit County Geographic Information Services:
1800 Continental Place
Mount Vernon, WA 98273
(360) 416-1168
email: gis@co.skagit.wa.us

Skagit County
Skagit County Terms and Use

",
