Service Description: Map Title: Skagit County Watershed Sub-basins - Surface Water Source Limited StreamsAbstract: The watershed boundaries on this map were created to support the implementation of the Skagit River Basin Instream Resources Protection Program Rule in Skagit County, WA. (WAC 173-503) went into effect on April 14, 2001.The rule establishes how Ecology will manage water use in the basin.
