(WAC 173-503) went into effect on April 14, 2001.</p><span style='font-family:"Avenir Next W01", "Avenir Next W00", "Avenir Next", Avenir, "Helvetica Neue", sans-serif; font-size:16px;'>The rule establishes how Ecology will manage water use in the basin.
