The Commissioner District data set is intended to depict all county commissioner districts as they are currently described by Skagit County Ordinance #O20220002 on April 12th, 2022. Commissioner Districts are changed every ten years based on the most recent federal decennial census to assure approximately equal population distribution and equal voter representation for County residents.
