Data used for address labels includes the Assessor database (city site addresses) and the Skagit County address database (rural addresses). This is an aerial based layer and is designed to be viewed over aerial imagery. This layer will only display at a map scale of 1:4,514 or smaller. Sub Address labels will only display at a map scale of 1:400 or smaller.
