Parcels that fall within the Parcel Accuracy Focus area would have a high "return on investment" if remap efforts were to take place, since shift is high and that shift impacts property owners and various county assessments and processes based on parcel size and location. Some areas within the Parcel Accuracy Focus Area have already been remapped. This layer is intended to be used in tandem with the Parcel Accuracy Affected Areas to monitor progress on remapping efforts in Skagit County.Update Cycle: As NeededAccuracy: Adjusted to fit parcels Layer Compatibility: This layer is a parcel based layer and is intended to overlay other parcel based layers.
