Service Description: <div style='text-align:Left;font-size:12pt'><div><div><p style='margin:0 0 0 0;'><span style='font-weight:bold;'>Layer Title:</span><span> Powerlines</span></p><p><p style='margin:0 0 11 0;'><span style='font-weight:bold;'><span>Abstract:</span></span><span> This layer delineates the location of major power transmission lines located in Skagit County. They include transmission lines for Bonneville Power Administration, City of Seattle, Puget Sound Power &amp; Light Company, and Williams. Most of the power transmission lines were mapped using coordinate geometry from BPA plans stored at GIS. Some of the lines may have been digitized from USGS quadrangles. </span></p><p style='margin:0 0 11 0;'><span style='font-weight:bold;'><span>Update Cycle:</span></span><span> As Needed</span></p><p style='margin:0 0 0 0;'><span style='font-weight:bold;'><span>Accuracy:</span></span><span> Varies (+-60’ Average.)
