Service Description: <div style='text-align:Left;font-size:12pt'><p style='margin:0 0 0 0;'><span style='font-weight:bold;'><span>Layer Title:</span></span><span> Skagit River Basin Instream Flow Rule Area</span></p><p><p style='margin:0 0 11 0;'><span style='font-weight:bold;'><span>Abstract:</span></span><span> The Skagit Instream Rule Area depicts the areas affected by the implementation of the Skagit River Basin Instream Resources Protection Program Rule in Skagit County WA. (WAC 173-503) went into effect on April 14, 2001.The rule establishes how Ecology will manage water use in the basin.
