Stormwater Points may include catch basins, tide gates, flood gates, grates, pump stations, outfalls, weirs, trash racks, and other connection points. Skagit County is continually adding to this data in an ongoing mapping effort.</SPAN></P><P STYLE="margin:0 0 11 0;"><SPAN>Skagit County is the holder of a National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System Phase II Stormwater Permit (NPDES Phase II Permit) issued by the Department of Ecology. The NPDES Phase II Permit is a requirement under the Federal Clean Water Act. The NPDES Stormwater Map is intended to depict known stormwater infrastructure (ditches, culverts, pipes, outfalls, and other structural stormwater BMPs) within the NPDES Phase II Permit area. Skagit County is also involved in an ongoing effort to map all other stormwater infrastructure within its jurisdiction of responsibility. Additional data will be added as it becomes available. </SPAN></P><P STYLE="margin:0 0 11 0;"><A href="https://www.skagitcounty.net/Departments/PublicWorksSurfaceWaterManagement/main.htm" STYLE="text-decoration:underline;"><SPAN>Skagit County Public Works - Surface Water Management</SPAN></A></P><P STYLE="margin:0 0 11 0;"><A href="https://ago-item-storage.s3.amazonaws.com/e08df30bf625430e8be205b1bb16d4c3/StormwaterAssetMapDefinitions.pdf?X-Amz-Security-Token=IQoJb3JpZ2luX2VjEDEaCXVzLWVhc3QtMSJIMEYCIQDm6a3C9P7%2BsOyBhWe9cy%2BpBF9xCawToF6w458di8Nf9QIhAPeMP4RD3W%2BBS61bFCzWA4hMllM9gRigXRmdgXN%2FlCJKKrMFCBoQABoMNjA0NzU4MTAyNjY1Igwo9QEnmoWA3UBTHPkqkAU9G9Bv7Jz%2BWULySW0FMHUnx3zLeAM5KrN3W%2FZGLBKX1haVH3cKT7csziawMpcT0dv6lUXy0ydxMpxYXfw0q13zjtECJD89%2FsiNHfeHCuHqUapDH08YL1IDwnfTB0KH5rWQpsbZUOR4d7LdWR95%2FvzgIvbxNhmM9CWJDGJGRvlNcfR5gBg9muf6chuCiFB5Eml63%2BlzgdGAK473DAwbIQ6TeNChaNXWP1j4gFGtiyB8QlI07LOovpDMt5uCmLUncQz0MXxqYilNqV2GhKmnzT8LHBlrh3ZutnIcuk%2BKBPXVofOc9kXc3tmwhMlfg07fA5LL1vrN59DiXhHdhdCSrKJ%2BSi9A822Z9qL5d1XJ0hY8Z3DUWx8iifLiLMnGnD4SbFwzH3rv%2BKruMw7iI6HihxKh0Nq4EUGU5VuvSVCebGWK4ghuun%2Bgw3g%2F8HwMs7A%2FPDPchIjoCXCMYrWMTPqkAMUR93fqGvupMbmVyD5YaG03PvaH9RWS%2Fv9Y3KkIjvn7ib91BlzEsxyVdx1PmucHMV4lbeIY9cFwgHp%2FGPAjcyTx2SIxDwRpDsXiWhOd%2FqNVzaAqWwHe9DZsB%2Bd3fXjg%2Be8KtWIXwKI6scN%2BqLXrKCR%2F5ex8tSm5BeG41cNdO%2BRndTJIr0hz%2BW%2B2qna%2Bb2%2B%2Bc7QUCGbkrjBFGVMYGtZQ7UWxRl75Ls5yS0aPHnRMuNAllfnXchxDGduBKr%2BHpCh9Dvp9o8Zcebu8hUv46GOTjDLThrwYZ4H9oE%2B0Jhin3U4taijvgfgbkmZFlRkBvk4FK6Pj2FCxjbbDm54Fgo4gzK5BF0Lm36C%2B%2BdxCkF6C1IpeoqyiS7rbqh9hgEV0Zbaq8TS3foa5M1%2F7NjvsXMdkCDY0dDDsp7HCBjqwAY0NczTrKZ9alK37zeqsxGxzmBNNabSW5mh%2BzyWZoxvizoZnbYFqkBAlyEpJkDcAYfhENbwsxUG%2BjAKZCGni4pEQJZHTT%2F07RrZA%2BLYtpz%2FLWG9RzHmwNDGT4veapM53Xnvus60uXYfwen68%2BEmRDybCMK4UvNyjtcf8lc8r8PVYYwkH7t0f%2F7Wv62kB1EaZqpntjGfH9r7UX4egzYpzBLVf5%2Fa6Ll8oPdrcmKIQd5oV&amp;X-Amz-Algorithm=AWS4-HMAC-SHA256&amp;X-Amz-Date=20250613T174452Z&amp;X-Amz-SignedHeaders=host&amp;X-Amz-Expires=300&amp;X-Amz-Credential=ASIAYZTTEKKE6YLS6GOA%2F20250613%2Fus-east-1%2Fs3%2Faws4_request&amp;X-Amz-Signature=dbd44e473866a8d70b58221dd7a93e086bb4d17f7e0ffd3245a194f3253327fd" STYLE="text-decoration:underline;"><SPAN>Stormwater Asset Map Definitions Document</SPAN></A></P><P STYLE="margin:0 0 11 0;"><SPAN /></P><P STYLE="margin:0 0 11 0;"><SPAN STYLE="font-weight:bold;"><SPAN>Update Cycle:</SPAN></SPAN><SPAN> Updated any time new stormwater infrastructure is added or changed.</SPAN></P><P STYLE="margin:0 0 0 0;"><SPAN STYLE="font-weight:bold;"><SPAN>Accuracy:</SPAN></SPAN><SPAN> (+-10’ Average)</SPAN></P><P STYLE="margin:0 0 0 0;"><SPAN /></P><P STYLE="margin:0 0 0 0;"><SPAN STYLE="font-weight:bold;"><SPAN>Layer Compatibility:</SPAN></SPAN><SPAN> N/A</SPAN></P><P /><P STYLE="font-weight:bold;margin:0 0 0 0;"><SPAN><SPAN>Contact Information:</SPAN></SPAN></P><P STYLE="margin:0 0 0 0;"><SPAN>For more information about this map, please contact the Skagit County Public Works Department – Surface Water Division:</SPAN></P><P STYLE="margin:0 0 0 0;"><SPAN>1800 Continental Place</SPAN></P><P STYLE="margin:0 0 0 0;"><SPAN>Mount Vernon, WA 98273</SPAN></P><P STYLE="margin:0 0 0 0;"><SPAN>(360) 416-1400</SPAN></P><P STYLE="margin:0 0 0 0;"><SPAN>email: </SPAN><A href="http://pw@co.skagit.wa.us" STYLE="text-decoration:underline;"><SPAN>pw@co.skagit.wa.us</SPAN></A></P><P /><P STYLE="font-weight:bold;margin:0 0 0 0;"><SPAN><SPAN>Problems?</SPAN></SPAN></P><P STYLE="margin:0 0 0 0;"><SPAN><SPAN>Please report any data issues to Skagit County Geographic Information Services:</SPAN></SPAN></P><P STYLE="margin:0 0 0 0;"><SPAN><SPAN>1800 Continental Place</SPAN></SPAN></P><P STYLE="margin:0 0 0 0;"><SPAN><SPAN>Mount Vernon, WA 98273</SPAN></SPAN></P><P STYLE="margin:0 0 0 0;"><SPAN><SPAN>(360) 416-1168</SPAN></SPAN></P><P STYLE="margin:0 0 0 0;"><SPAN><SPAN>email: </SPAN></SPAN><A href="mailto:gis@co.skagit.wa.us" STYLE="text-decoration:underline;"><SPAN STYLE="text-decoration:underline;"><SPAN>gis@co.skagit.wa.us</SPAN></SPAN></A><SPAN><SPAN> </SPAN></SPAN></P><P /><P STYLE="margin:0 0 0 0;"><SPAN> </SPAN></P><P /><P STYLE="margin:0 0 0 0;"><A href="https://www.skagitcounty.net/Departments/Home" STYLE="text-decoration:underline;"><SPAN STYLE="text-decoration:underline;"><SPAN>Skagit County</SPAN></SPAN></A></P><P STYLE="margin:0 0 0 0;"><A href="https://www.skagitcounty.net/Departments/Home/draftTermsandConditions.htm" STYLE="text-decoration:underline;"><SPAN STYLE="text-decoration:underline;"><SPAN>Skagit County Terms and Use</SPAN></SPAN></A></P></DIV>
