Service Description: <div style='text-align:Left;font-size:12pt'><div><div><p style='margin:0 0 0 0;'><span style='font-weight:bold;'><span>Layer Title:</span></span><span> Surface Water Source Limited Streams</span></p><p><p style='margin:0 0 11 0;'><span style='font-weight:bold;'><span>Abstract:</span></span><span> Surface Water Source Limited Streams are those streams in Skagit County designated by the state Department of Ecology as requiring minimum water flows for the purposes of protecting fish, game, birds or other wildlife resources or recreational or aesthetic values of said public waters pursuant to RCW 90.22.
