The NPDES Phase II Permit is a requirement under the Federal Clean Water Act. The NPDES Stormwater Map is intended to depict known stormwater infrastructure (ditches, culverts, pipes, outfalls, and other structural stormwater BMPs) within the NPDES Phase II Permit area. Skagit County is also involved in an ongoing effort to map all other stormwater infrastructure within its jurisdiction of responsibility. Maps and data are approximate and are not designed to be accurate to surveying or engineering standards.
